Wade O. Bean is a corporate partner at the Kunzler Law Group who represents emerging growth and technology companies and investors in business transactions and general corporate matters. His transactional experience includes a variety of venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, business formation, and public equity offerings.
Wade began his career in law as a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. Prior to joining Kunzler Law Group, Wade was an associate in the Emerging Growth practice group at Holland & Hart LLP.
Wade earned a law degree at the Northwestern University School of Law and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business, with an emphasis on finance and entrepreneurship. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Brigham Young University, graduating magna cum laude with University Honors.
Before pursuing a career in law, Wade was consultant at Charles River Associates (now CRA International) where he performed financial and strategic analyses for acquisitions and restructuring of major U.S. corporations. There he also developed econometric models for use by economic expert witnesses in major antitrust, intellectual property infringement and product liability litigation.
When he is not busy helping his clients, Wade enjoys skiing, playing basketball, discovering new music and spending time with his family.
