Scott White

Scott White is a corporate attorney located in the firm’s San Diego office. His practice is
focused on corporate and securities law for emerging growth companies, venture capital
firms and private investors. He has represented companies and investors in a broad
variety of industries, including Internet and social media, life sciences, software, clean
technology and nanotechnology.

Mr. White’s corporate transactional experience is primarily in corporate formation
and governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and strategic
partnerships. He also has experience in initial public offerings and debt financings. A
registered patent attorney, he has patent prosecution and litigation experience.

Prior to joining Kunzler Law Group, Mr. White was a corporate attorney with DLA
Piper LLP, the largest law firm in the world. Prior to DLA, Mr. White was with the
international law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.

Mr. White holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a JD/MBA from Brigham Young
University. While earning his JD/MBA, he co-founded Cougar Capital, a venture capital
fund that co-invests with other VCs in emerging growth companies. Prior to graduate
school, Mr. White worked for The Dow Chemical Company.
